The Special Court of Appeal has upheld the decision of the GJKKO, for the measure of "arrest in prison" for Sabah Nuzi , who was arrested in September of this year by order of SPAK for the murder of Klevis Lleshi .

His arrest was made as part of a crackdown on a criminal group, which also uncovered the murder of Lleshi, which occurred on August 5, 2020 in Burrel.

The murder is suspected to have been committed in exchange for a payment of 50,000 euros .

The leader of the structured criminal group and the person who ordered the murder is suspected to be citizen Aurelinjo Kalaveri alias Aurel Hoxha , in revenge for the murder of his brother, Agim Hoxha, in the United Kingdom, in 2012.
