New details New details have been revealed from the tragic accident recorded today on the Rrogozhinë-Elbasan axis, in the place called "Bishti i Zhuri", where 27-year-old Festim Meçe was the victim.

Sources indicate that the latter had just arrived from Italy via the port of Durrës and was going to his home in Sinaballaj, Rrogozhina. It is known that he had rented the "Benz" type car with which he caused the accident in Durrës.

Unfortunately, he could never arrive home where his family members were waiting for him because his trip was cut short by a road accident.

The cause of the accident is suspected to have been the wrong overtaking by the young man, leading to a "head-on" collision with a truck

The truck that was involved in the accident was loaded with inerts, while the driver was not injured. Sources indicate that the driver of the truck, identified as an IC citizen, was escorted to the police station in a serious psychological condition.
