Fatal accident in Saranda

A 35-year-old man lost his life in a car accident in Saranda in the area of ​​Gjashta on "Skënderbeu" street.

According to the police, the victim with the initials MK was riding a motorcycle when he lost control and collided with a Ford car driven by 45-year-old TB

As a result of the accident, the driver of the motorcycle, a citizen of MK, died

The driver of the "Ford" type vehicle, a citizen of TB, has been escorted for further procedural actions.

The investigative team is working to determine the cause of the accident. 

This is the third victim today in Albania. Earlier in the afternoon, a 31-year-old girl was found dead in an unfounded building in Tirana, suspected of an overdose, and an 82-year-old woman suffered a cardiac arrest while bathing in Velipojë.
