Multiple accident on Arbër Street, several injured
Scene from the accident

A few minutes ago, a car accident occurred on the Maqellarë-Peshkopi national road, near the village of Dovellan. According to preliminary information, four vehicles were involved in the accident, while it is reported that there are also injured people.

It is suspected that the cause of the accident was the dense fog and humidity on the road, which significantly hindered the movement of vehicles. This is not the first time that accidents have been recorded on this road segment, part of the Arbri Road.

Meanwhile, police have headed to the scene to clarify the circumstances and manage traffic, while the exact number of injured people is still unknown.

The dense fog, which has covered the Dibra region for more than 23 days, continues to pose a serious risk to drivers. Authorities are calling on drivers to exercise increased caution, especially during this holiday season, where traffic has increased significantly due to the arrival of emigrants for the end-of-year holidays.
