After the publication of the news that the President of the Supreme Court, Sokol Sadushi, concealed from the Judicial Appointments Council (KED) information that Judge Asim Vokshi was an informant or agent of intelligence services, the latter reacted.

In a public statement on social media, Judge Vokshi called the reporting “fake news” and an attempt to “tarnish the legal procedure and its product.” He wrote that he strongly believes in legal procedures and that every step taken during the process was in accordance with the law and applicable regulations.

Vokshi has called the claims "slander" and "filth", emphasizing that he will pursue legal avenues to protect his reputation and professional integrity.

"I have remained silent until now, as I have believed and still strongly believe in legal procedures, but today's news not only constitutes fake, hallucinatory and slanderous news, but also highlights malignant interests that have opposed this correct process," wrote Judge Vokshi, among other things.

Following the reaction, he states that he is shocked by what he describes as defamation and emphasizes that he will follow every procedure to fully clarify the matter.
