Armando Lamaj and Andon Tefi turned out to be cocaine distributors in Athens. The two Albanians killed on Saturday evening in Athens had a disagreement with each other after the last arrest, where both were later released.

On June 1, they both appeared at the prosecutor's office, after being arrested on drug charges, and were later released. Together with a third, they were accused of selling cocaine in Athens for 60 euros/gram. Even, their arrest was carried out during a case of sale and purchase.

During the police check at the car service, where Tefi worked, the police found and seized 1 dose of cocaine in the drawer and 3 doses were found in an abandoned vehicle. During the personal check, 6000 euros were found, while 1 metal stick was found in Tefi's apartment.


After his release, Armando Lamaj suspected that Andon Tefi was the "spy", giving information to the police. They met on Saturday morning, making an appointment in the evening. Lamaj together with his friends and family had ambushed Tefi.

The latter arrived at the meeting in a "Mercedes-Benz", where he was with a woman, while the other party arrived with 2 vehicles and 1 motorcycle. Tefi, thinking that he would have fallen into an ambush to be beaten or killed, opened fire first, shooting the driver of the motorbike, Armando Lamaj.

Then he shot in the direction of one of the vehicles, injuring two people. One of the injured, the 23-year-old Albanian, tried to leave, but Tefi hit him with a car. At this moment, Tefi leaves and the 43-year-old Albanian woman takes over the driving, and she rides on top of the young Albanian's car.

After the arrest by the police, a "Zastava" pistol was found in the bag of the 43-year-old woman. After leaving on foot, Tefi, who is suspected to be under the influence of narcotics, grabs a black Toyota Yaris vehicle from a passerby and heads for Agious Anargirous.

There he enters a gas station and robs 30 euros. They got into the car and went to a bar in the area, where they also robbed 20 euros. As soon as he leaves the bar, he is spotted by the police, who call on him to surrender, but he opens fire on them. The exchange takes place there, where the two policemen are injured and Andon Tefi is killed. A "CZ" pistol was found near him.
