"3 thousand Euros for construction permit", SPAK gives the claim for

The Special Prosecution Against Organized Crime filed a claim for the Dimal Municipality file , where it requested a total of 13 years in prison for 3 former officials of the municipality and 2 representatives of a private company.

The prosecution demands the trial of former officials, Altin Pali, Arben Guraj, Valentina Jançe, and for corruption after they received 3 thousand Euros to grant construction permits. 

SPAK has filed a claim for engineer Arjan Demiri and Vait Koshin, administrator of a private entity.

Specifically, SPAK seeks to:

Arben Guraj , Head of the Services Sector: 4 years in prison/ 2 years and 8 months in prison, with shortened trial.

Altin Pali , director of Urban Planning: 3 years in prison/ 2 years in prison, with a shortened trial.

Valentina Jançe , former head of Urbanism: 3 years in prison/ 2 years in prison/ suspension, probation.

Vait Koshi , administrator of a commercial company: 18 months in prison/ 12 months in prison, with a shortened trial.

Arjan Demiri , engineer at this company: 1 year in prison/ 8 months, with shortened trial.

The officials were arrested in February and are now expected to face justice on charges of " abuse of duty " and " corruption ".
