1 ton of drugs from Vlora worth about 10 million euros, this is the ship of

One ton of marijuana for a value of around 10 million euros, two arrests in Italian waters and three others in the Albanian area. This is the balance of an operation carried out yesterday in Albanian-Italian waters. Recently, in the Italian media, there have been images of the ship run by two Ukrainians who were arrested after exchanging drugs with the Albanians.

The drug was divided into 153 packages of different sizes. The drugs were brought by the Albanians about 13 miles off the Albanian coast, where three full speedboats loaded the drugs onto the Ukrainians' ship.

The police of Vlora have arrested 3 Vlora residents Arbër Saraseli, 31 years old , Saverjo Imeraj, 22 years old and Qemal Pekmezi , 19 years old.

While the Guardia di Finanza, in Italian waters, has arrested in flagrante delicto two Ukrainian citizens Bychkovi Serhii, 43 years old and Senkevych Serhii, 62 years old.

The action took place yesterday, when the 3 citizens of Vlorë at around 15:00 have transported the suspected narcotic substance marijuana, with 3 speedboats, to another vessel, in the depths of the waters of the Ionian Sea, and then they have sent it towards Italy. At the moment of the exchange of narcotics, the Guardia di Finanza intervened.
