He is an elderly man who has suffered a serious injury to one eye.

In dramatic footage, the elderly man is seen covered in blood, as several protesters try to provide first aid while calling for an ambulance.

At least three times, ambulances have arrived at the square in front of the Prime Minister's Office to pick up seriously injured people.
