UEFA has officially announced the schedule of the semi-final matches of the 2026 World Cup play-offs, which will be played on March 26, 2026 at 20:45. The Albanian national team and the Kosovo national team will play at the same time.
The 'Dardans' will face Slovakia on the road, while Albania will face Poland in Warsaw, with both matches starting at 20:45. If they win, Albania will travel again to face the winner of the Ukraine - Sweden match.
A positive news for Kosovo is the fact that they will be able to know their potential opponent in the play-off final before the match with Slovakia starts, as the Turkey - Romania match will take place earlier, starting at 18:00. This challenge is the only one that starts earlier and if both national teams advance to the final, they will play again at the same time, according to UEFA's proposal.
If Kosovo qualifies for the final, it will host the winner of the Turkey - Romania match in Pristina, while Albania will again be a friend in the final match.
