Lionel Messi was presented in front of 18,000 fans who had filled the Inter Miami stadium in the American MLS of soccer.

David Beckham was among the club's top leaders, who gave the Argentine the shirt with number 10. The fans and the club managed to organize a grand ceremony, even though a rainstorm started later.

In his speech, Messi was touched by the hospitality, as he said that his goal is to win.

" I am touched by this transfer.  Thank you for the kindness and love you have shown me. My goal is victory. I believe it will be a beautiful experience ," said Messi, who will play at Inter Miami until the end of the year. 2025 and will earn $50-60 million in the US.
