Samir Handanovic ends with Inter. The Slovenian goalkeeper ended his 11-year adventure with Milan. Seasons during which he won the championship title. And twice the Italian Cup and Supercup.

The renewal did not come and the 38-year-old is a free agent.

Inter's greeting letter to Handanovic reads:

"An absolute reference, a leader in the dressing room, a brave captain. Samir Handanovic is all this during the 11 seasons in which he defended the goal of Inter.

He demonstrated from the start exceptional technical ability combined with great charisma. Qualities that make him one of the best goalkeepers in the history of our club.

Proof of this is his 455 matches, during which he kept the goal intact in 116 occasions. Sincere thanks and love from the entire Zikaltr family for Samir Handanovic".
