Chaos and violence/ Mass brawl in the Albanian derby in Skopje (Video)

A derby between 2 Albanian teams in North Macedonia, Skopje and Shkëndija e Tetova, has ended in chaos and violence. The match was interrupted after the goal scored by Shkëndija, some of the Skopje fans entered the field and started attacking the opposing football players. The special forces entered the field later.

A worthwhile challenge for the cup was unlocked by the October friends in the ninth minute. But this goal caused great anger among the local ultras. Members of the "Shvercerat" group not only threw cigarette butts and flares at friendly footballers, but some entered the field and attacked Shkëndija players.

From time to time in the Macedonian Albanian derby there are such clashes. Although this time the fight happened between 'Shverca' and the football players, in other cases the fans have collided with each other. This despite the fact that in many cases well-known personalities of Skopje and Shkëndija have called for calm, restraint and reconciliation.
