Igli Tare has a very positive opinion of Milinkovic-Savic. In an interview given to "Mozzartsport", the former footballer of the Albanian national team, who currently holds the position of sports director of Lazio, seems to like the Serbian midfielder a lot.

"He came as a boy and now he is a grown man. After eight years at the club, for us he is an important person and not just a footballer. That's what I appreciate most about him. He is very simple as a person. A humble human being. He was never conceited or arrogant. He is a very kind boy. And since the player is something else... He can do even better," he said.

Igli Tare further added that if he had had a daughter, he would have married her to Milinkovic-Savic.

"If I had a daughter, I would give her in marriage. Am I clear enough? He is a very calm guy. He has a lot of respect for me and I always criticize him. Sometimes after a game, when he plays well, he comes to ask me for an opinion. I always say it's not good, and he jokes that I'm never satisfied. I always tell him to get over what he did.
