Harry Kane has made history by becoming the fastest player to reach 100 goals for a club in Europe's top leagues this century. The England striker achieved the milestone in just 104 games for Bayern Munich, during their 4-0 win over Werder Bremen.

The match started brightly for Vincent Kompany's side, with Kane being stopped several times by goalkeeper Hein, but it was Michael Olise who created the main chances. The first goal came in the 22nd minute after a move involving Tah and Luis Díaz.

In the 36th minute, Kane doubled the lead from the penalty spot, scoring his 18th consecutive penalty in the Bundesliga, a new record that puts him ahead of Lewandowski and Jörg Butt. In the second half, Werder tried to get back into the game with chances from Stage and Sugawara, but Neuer kept the goal clean.

The historic moment came in the 64th minute, when Díaz assisted Kane's second goal, which took him to 100 goals for the Bavarians. With this achievement, he reached the legendary mark one game faster than Cristiano Ronaldo and Erling Haaland.

In the final minutes, Laimer sealed the 4-0 victory with a precise diagonal shot, while Kane was substituted amid applause.

It was Bayern's eighth straight win at the start of the season, something they haven't done since the Ancelotti era in 2016/17. But, of course, all the attention is on Harry Kane, already one of the most feared strikers in the world.
