Alban Elezi Cannaferina, the skier of Albanian origin who competes for France, was declared world champion for youth in the discipline of Giant Slalom. The overall time after the two descents was 1 minute, 43 seconds and 63 fifths.

Alban Elezi was first in both tests. A perfect race of the 19-year-old, who at the finish made the eagle as a way to show his roots. This is the second medal after the silver received a few days ago at the world championships.
