And while the situation seemed calmer than other days, tensions in the protest have just begun! Protesters have thrown tiles and bricks at the Ministry of Education.

Reportedly, journalist Elira Kadiu from "Citizens" was mistakenly stoned, and for a few moments she was seen sitting on the ground, waiting for the ambulance to arrive, which transported her to the hospital a few minutes later.

The police have created a security cordon to prevent the protesters from advancing.

On the sixth day of protests, calls continue for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama. The head of government said earlier today that he has tried not to fall into the trap of violence that demands blood.

The Ministry of Education has taken additional security measures, by closing the doors and windows of the building with boards, following incidents and arson recorded during the rallies.

Meanwhile, Rapid Intervention Forces (RINF) have been positioned near the institution, ready to intervene in the event of an escalation of the situation.

In the five days of protests, the total number of injured has reached 272. Of these, 169 are police officers, 82 protesters and 21 bystanders.
