Five weeks have passed since the implementation of the Loyal Presence through individual meetings of SP deputies with citizens, Top Channel reveals the total number of concerns collected so far.

Every citizen complaint recorded by MPs is posted on a dedicated online platform.

Sources from the PS told Top Channel journalist Muhamed Veliu that since September 4, when Prania Besnike began to be implemented, over 1,862 problems have been registered on the Praniabesnike.PS.Al platform.

After several conversations with socialist MPs, for the first time Top Channel shows how "Prania Besnike" works, a political action led by Edi Rama, the most important for the Socialist Party in this four-term government.

The platform is guided by four principles which are.

Listen, Note, Address, and Follow. In a sentence below these principles it is written "People look better from the ground" accompanied by a picture of some Flamingos.

After the end of the hearings with citizens every Friday, each MP with personalized credentials logs into the Praniabesnike.PS.Al platform where he records the concerns received from each citizen.

The complaint is then sent by e-mail to the relevant institution, which is obliged to respond within 30 days with a solution to the problem.

This response received is entered into the system as a resolved case or in the process of being resolved.

In cases where this deadline passes and the institution does not respond, then the political leader of the district contacts the institution, requesting explanations on a case-by-case basis when the response is lacking.

Prime Minister Edi Rama himself participated in one of the meetings of the Faithful Presence on September 11th held in Shkoza.
