VKM / The director of the Probation Service is dismissed, a new deputy minister

Florian Semani has been appointed Deputy Minister of Finance, the decision was made today at the meeting of the Council of Ministers.

Also, at this meeting, it was decided to dismiss Ermal Pacaj, General Director of the Probation Service.

Decisions:

APPOINTMENT TO DUTY

In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and point 2, Article 6, of Law No. 9000, dated 30.1.2003, “On the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers”, upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

Mr. Florian Semani is appointed Deputy Minister of Finance.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".

RELEASE FROM THE DUTIES OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE PROBATION SERVICE

In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and point 2, Article 10, of Law No. 78/2020, “On the Organization and Functioning of the Probation Service”, as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of Justice, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

Mr. Ermal Pacaj, General Director of the Probation Service, is relieved of this duty.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".
