Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke today on Facebook about his nude photos that went viral years ago.
Rama said that the opposition released the photos thinking they would hurt him, but in fact Rama said that the nude photos increased support for him during the period he was running for mayor of Tirana.
Edi Rama : The opposition has published my nude photo and it's not like they're going to publish my nude photo because after all, it's your photo, so what's the problem here, while they published me thinking they were going to hurt me. They took my personal belongings, published them, and then took them back. I was enjoying my job at a nudist beach in the early 90s in France, a free man who had no obligations to anyone, nor to ask for anyone's vote, I owed no one anything, they published my photo and that last week of the municipal elections and that week boom, trust grew, support grew. You're all in the swamp.
