Today's plenary session was accompanied by many debates between the opposition and the majority regarding the limited time to speak in the Assembly.

At one point, it was Sali Berisha who rose to the podium to speak, as the floor was not being given to the opposition MPs, which caused the interruption of the session. Then Berisha found a solution to go "LIVE" on Facebook, where he said those things that he failed to say on the podium.

All this brought chaos to the Assembly, while the reaction of the Minister of State, Elisa Spiropali, was also noticed. She chose to answer Berisha with a "message" with signs, raising two fingers up.
