Today plenary session, here are the issues that will be discussed

Today, the Assembly will discuss the draft law for the construction of the Qukës-Qafë Plloçë segment, a normative act for the approval of the text of the fourth amendment to the agreement for production and supply by and between Pfizer Export BV

The reports of the Council for Regulation, Mandates and Immunity will also be discussed, with the object of establishing the invalidity and the end of the mandate of MP Olta Xhaçka. Among other things, there will be discussions on the normative act "On taking special measures during the duration of the state of emergency in the electricity supply".

In support of Order no. 87, dated 15.11.2022 of the Speaker of the Assembly, Mrs. Lindita Nikolla, the agenda is as follows:

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 9.11.2022.

3. Motion with debate on European Integration

Discussions – no more than 4 hours.

Draft law "On the ratification of the amending agreement of the Istisna'a agreement and of the amending agreement of the Istisna'a Agency agreement, between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Islamic Development Bank, for the construction of the Qukës-Qafë Plloçë segment, as part of the Tirana-Korçë road corridor, ratified by law no. 128/2013."

5. Draft law "On the approval of the actual budget of 2021". (Article 164 of the Constitution and Articles 55 and 73-77 of the Regulation, simple majority of votes for approval) 

6. Akt normativ nr. 13 “Për miratimin e tekstit të amendimit të katërt në marrëveshjen për prodhimin dhe furnizimin nga dhe ndërmjet Pfizer Export B.V. dhe Ministrisë së Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale të Shqipërisë, Ministrit të Shtetit për Rindërtimin dhe Institutit të Shëndetit Publik, miratuar me aktin normativ nr. 3, datë 18.1.2021, të ndryshuar”.
