Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and former Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja clashed in Parliament, amid jokes but also accusations against each other.
Initially, Berisha raised the question of whether Prime Minister Edi Rama had threatened the SPAK prosecutor investigating Belinda Balluku via Manja's phone, a claim raised by Berisha a few days ago.
Then, Berisha turned the question addressed to Manja into a fait accompli by addressing him: "You gave Rama the phone so he could talk to the prosecutor."
The debate between them in the Parliament hall then turned into mutual accusations about the price of the costumes. Berisha alluded that Manja had asked the well-known criminal figure, Altin Hajri, for two costumes.
Manja responded by taking off his suit jacket and showing the brand to the room. "Just one piece of your suit cost 2 thousand euros," he told Berisha.
The leader of the DP responded by saying that in addition to the suits and money, Manja has also - according to him - lent Hajri a Louis Vuitton bag.
"In addition to the 500 thousand euros, you also gave him a Louis Vuitton bag. Who do you want the bag for? he replied. That's all I'm saying, I'm not talking anymore," Berisha told him.
