Jorida Tabaku 'explodes' to the MP of the Joint Movement: For the
Jorida Tabaku/ Redi Muçi

DP MP Jorida Tabaku  has been furious with Lëvizja Bashke lawmaker Redi Muçi , who criticized the democrat for mentioning in Parliament the miners' protest outside the Assembly on the issue of status, and not the pensioners'.

"For Redi Reda and the blind who do not see," addressed legislator Tabaku, asking Redi Muça not to act as the opposition's opposition, but to hold the Government accountable.

Jorida Tabaku stated that Redi Muçi should pursue his own causes, adding that it is a shame to deal with the DP.

"Redi Muçi should pursue his own causes, make his own proposals, and not deal with the DP. We have these sacred issues. It is a shame to deal with the opposition when he should be holding the government accountable," she stressed.

Jorida Tabaku: "For Redi Reda and the blind who cannot see, the DP proposed the status of the miner here 3 years ago, I signed it. We discussed it in this Parliament hall.

And a suggestion if you are a new MP, being the opposition of the opposition does not suit you. Today you should have come out, you should have held the government accountable for why the DP's proposals for the minimum pension, the pension increase, the status of miners, are not being implemented. If today there is a group more penalized than pensioners and miners who should have higher support, given that here we have a party that considers itself left-wing, today the Parliament should have spoken about these. Redi Muçi should pursue his own causes, make his own proposals, not deal with the DP. We have these sacred issues. It is a shame to deal with the opposition, when he should hold the government accountable.

Use Parliament for the people, don't use it to attack those who speak for the people.

Together Movement MP Redi Muçi clashed with the opposition regarding the Spaç miners' protest.

He stated that despite Jorida Tabaku's proposal to consider the proposals of the Spaç miners, "in 8 years in power, the DP did not approve the status of the miner."

According to him, in addition to the miners, pensioners are also protesting, but as he says, "the DP and Tabaku have not noticed them."

Redi Muçi: Regarding Ms. Tabaku's proposal to include the issue related to the Spaç miners on the agenda, I am positively surprised to note that in the 2025 Assembly, the DP is mentioning the word miner and I support the proposal for this issue.

While the status of miners was also discussed, I want to remind you that when it was in power for 8 years, it did not approve the status, and it is very good that it is approving it as a proposal. I hope that the majority party will do the same and not use miners for rhetoric.

I am surprised that Mrs. Tabaku mentioned the miners' protest, but just a few meters away from the miners' protest, a protest of pensioners is taking place, who are still on hunger pensions. I am surprised that the DP deputies did not notice the pensioners' protest. I hope that both the DP and the SP will come to a consensus to examine the problems of these two social groups.
