The Democratic Party has denounced the inhumane treatment of prisoners in prison 313 in Tirana, referring to the death of Enver Sheshi.

Through a statement from the blue headquarters, the Secretary for Human Rights in the DP, Bislim Ahmetaj stated that despite the cold in the internal environments of the 313, but also in other Institutions for the Execution of Criminal Decisions of the country, they have not been lit yet heating systems.

PD considers the death of Enver Sheshi, arrested for the Fier incinerator file, as suspicious, as Ahmetaj further asked the question "who steals the money intended for the heating of the country's IEVP?".

He called on the foreign ambassadors in the country to stop sitting in luxury stands, but to go and visit the prisons.

Although it has been several days since the temperatures in Tirana have dropped close to zero and the air humidity has been over 82% in the internal environments of 313, but also in other Institutions for the Execution of Criminal Decisions in the country, the systems have not yet been turned on of heating.

Sipas Institutit të Shendetit Publik temperaturat e ulta dhe lagështia e lartë e ajrit përbëjnë rrezik serioz për jetën e të sëmurëve kronikë me sëmundje kardiovaskulare, koronare, infarktet e miokardit, goditje në tru, sëmundjet e frymëmarrjes, kockave, sëmundjet endocrine, crregullimet neurologjike si edhe sëmundjet e lëkurës.

Po ky Institut thekson që temperaturat nën 12 gradë deri në 5 gradë përbëjnë rrezik serioz për jetën e bartësve të këtyre sëmundjeve, por edhe për njerëzit me shëndet normal.

Kjo që po ndodh sot në burgjet shqiptare nuk është gjë tjetër vecse një formë e torturës dhe trajtimit çnjerëzor, e ngjashme me kohën e baballarëve të tyre.

Gjithashtu është tregues i një aferë korruptive, pasi fondet për ngrohje janë ta planifikuara dhe të derdhura në buxhetin e Ministrisë së Drejtësisë.

I ndjeri Enver Sheshi, i akuzuar për aferën e inceneratoreve vdiq në mënyrë të dyshimtë para pak ditësh nga një atak i beftë kardiak kur temperaturat në Tiranë ishin 18-20 gradë.

Cilët kanë vënë në shënjestër Edi Rama dhe Ulsi Manja tani që temperaturat e natës në Tiranë kanë rënë në 2-3 grade?!?

Kush ka urdhëruar për këtë torture fizike dhe psikologjike që ju bëhet të paraburgosurve në IEVP?!?
Kush i vjedh paratë e destinuara për ngrohjen e IEVP-ve të vendit?!?

Edi dhe Ulsi: ndizni kaldajat e burgjeve se duke ngrirë dhe humbur jetë të burgosurish po digjni shpirtin tuaj në ferr.
