High tension between Rama and Spiropali

Although MP Elisa Spiropali was ready for a debate among socialists regarding her absence from the immunity session for Belinda Balluku, such a thing did not happen at the extended meeting of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group at the Brigades Palace.

However, at today's meeting, there was tension at two moments between Prime Minister Edi Rama and the former Foreign Minister.

During the speech of the director of the Cadastre, Lorena Goxhobelli, there was an intervention from Spiropali, asking her to have more respect for the deputies, and at that moment, Rama is said to have intervened, telling her to stop and not speak.

"A little more respect for the MPs, don't talk to us like we're MPs ," Spiropali is reported to have said.

At that moment, Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted, addressing Spiropali in harsh tones. "Don't open your mouth at all, at all. For once, don't speak at all, at least in my presence ," Rama is reported to have said during the meeting.

Another moment of tension was when Spiropali was using the phone during the presentation of the communication strategy by the new Minister for Parliamentary Relations, Erjona Ismailaj.

Spiropali, sitting at the end of the hall, laughed at Ismailaj's words.

Her facial expressions were noticed by Edi Rama, who addressed her with the words: " Why are you so upset? You are worse."

While those present said that her response was with mimicry and was directed at Rama that if "you have something to say, say it."

Former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku was not present at this meeting.
