Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku said today in the plenary session that the words and accusations raised by the opposition for the Durres Port Project are racism against businessman Alabbar.

The Minister of Infrastructure has revealed details about how Muhamed Alabbar came to invest in the port of Durrës after strong debates today regarding this contract.

Balluku said that the Albanian government had received an offer from the company in question after the latter had seen several other investment opportunities in Albania.
