Incident in the Assembly hall where a vote is expected on the establishment of the Special Anticorruption Commission. The journalists were ordered by the garda to leave the hall.

This has brought the indignation of the opposition MPs.

DP MP, Ina Zhupa, who was on the podium speaking, called on Speaker Lindita Nikolla not to take the journalists out.

Ina Zhupa requested a draft resolution and a motion for debate regarding violence against journalists.

" It is about a resolution for gender equality and for women journalists. You should have said thank you for this resolution and not say it is not a matter for the government. The regulation is clear and any judge can say how the articles are read, but it hurts you that Rama treats journalists in the worst possible way. Albania is in the last place for media freedom. You push reporters when they ask questions your prime minister doesn't like. It is his fault when female journalists are raped. Do not violate the regulation when it comes to the freedom of journalists ," she said.
