Alone in the 2025 elections, Dash Shehi: I am leaving, leave as a man of honor!

The parliamentary elections of 2025 may be the last for the head of the Movement for National Development, Dashamir Shehi. The latter announced in an interview given to "A2" that he will enter the elections alone and no longer as part of the list of candidates of the Democratic Party.

Although alone, he is not afraid of the electoral race and says that if he is losing, he will leave politics and devote himself to books.

But he also adds that if he leaves politics, he leaves without any "regrets", since as a victory he has the fact that he was never called by the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime.

"I invented this race job and I have always won this race. I invite everyone, I want the lists to be opened. I have always been alone. I go into my city and get my votes. This system has lined up everyone waiting for election night to see what list the president has on the last night. This is an ugly time for democracy. And so they do not have the courage to raise their hand against evil and evil dominates us. I'm lost, I'm gone, I write books too, I'm getting old, I'm 66 years old. If the Albanians do not vote for me, this shows that my political time is over. They don't like me. Get tired, talk as much as you want. Who is the motive? This is of minor importance. I leave like honorable men. SPAK has no need to call me, until he calls me above. I have lived a modest, honest life and I am very proud of this work", Shehi said, among other things, in his speech.

Among other things in his speech, Shehi said that he supports the vote of the diaspora and hopes that Rama can pave the way for this issue after the enthusiasm in Greece and Milan.
