Minister Elisa Spiropali, during her speech in the Assembly, said that the Special Prosecutor's Office is vetting politicians.

She said that SP has freed SPAK's "hands" to remove immunities when necessary.

"Vetting in politics is being done by SPAK because SPAK investigates politicians, it is precisely SPAK that we have set free, freed its hands and taken it out of political control, precisely to do that, to remove immunities when necessary.
