The Secretary General of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, from Korça, announced the start of the electoral campaign.

"Our structures in this region are already in place and I believe that the result that this political force, namely PL, will achieve on May 11 will be spectacular not only in Korca but I believe in all of Albania."

Although he admits that “it will be a difficult mountain for the opposition,” due, as he put it, to the Rama-Dumani collaboration, Blushi said that the Freedom Party expects to secure three mandates in the Korça region alone.

"It is not a matter of numbers, but a matter of spirit, and I am convinced that the result that the Freedom Party will achieve in the May 11 elections in the Korca Region will be an unprecedented result. The objective is a minimum of 3 MPs in the Korca Region and 1 MP from the Korca Region for the Tirana Region."
