Prime Minister Edi Rama immediately responded to the reaction of the head of SPAK, Arben Kraja, who after the statement of the head of government announced that the investigation against the former head of KED Ardian Dvorani has been terminated.
In a Twitter post, Rama states that he does not remove any commas from what he said during the SP Assembly and according to him, the SPAK took Judge Ardian Dvorani hostage for no reason, following the enemy of the Justice Reform, Ilir Meta.
The head of government further adds that the SPAK should first of all explain why it reacted lightly to an absurd report for an imaginary criminal act of a man declared by the DASH an anti-corruption champion, while for the champions of corruption in the judiciary there is no still moving the finger.
Full response:
"I do not remove any commas from what I stated today and it is not enough for SPAKU to say that it has dismissed the case, as it actually took the judge in question hostage for no reason in the world, practically following the avant-garde Enemy NR.1 of the Reform in Justice, Ilir Meta!
"Since SPAKU has undertaken to clarify, it should explain why it reacted lightly to an absurd report for an imaginary criminal offense of a man declared anti-corruption champion by DASH, while for the champions of corruption in justice it has not moved a finger yet!"
