Former deputy of the Socialist Party Alqi Blako risks returning to the cell. Blako has appeared today at the Special Court of Appeal where a hearing will be held and it will be decided whether Blako will remain under house arrest or whether he will be returned to the cell.
This sensa comes after the request of SPAK to return Bllakon to prison, after he was released GJKKO on October 6 softened the security measure from "prison arrest" to "house arrest".
The court took into account that he must take care of the 3 minor children as the situation of his family is difficult and without care, because Bllako's wife is employed and moves around the districts.
Alqi Blako is accused of corruption and abuse of office, as according to SPAK he falsified expropriation documents for a land that had been turned into plot of land and the falsified documents were presented to the Council of Ministers, land on which the Fier incinerator was to be built.
This violation, according to SPAK, was done in collaboration with the former Minister of the Environment Lefter Koka and the chairman of expropriations, Pëllumb Abeshi. In the testimony he gave earlier in SPAK, Blako stated that he had no decision-making role in the Ministry of Environment in the position of secretary, as he added that he simply forwarded the letter to the Council of Ministers.
