Balluku's reinstatement, Berisha: I was expecting this decision, Rama
Sali Berisha

DP leader Sali Berisha, during the next speech held in Elbasan, also commented on the Constitutional Court's decision, which reinstated Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

Berisha said he expected Balluku to return to office. He added that Prime Minister Edi Rama dictated the decision to the Constitutional Court.

"Rama dictated to the court and lifted the suspension measure on Balluk. It was an expected decision. He took Rama by the throat, he put him forward because in Ankara, Rama took Balluk, when they made the deal for the Llogara Tunnel," Berisha declared.

Berisha stressed that the DP will launch revolts without return until the government is overthrown.

"We will rise and we will not stop. We will rise with those who are ready. 3 thousand Albanians are ready tomorrow. No more fighting. Order and release, to be elected the president of SKAP, the whole world must go. We will oppose Edi Rama, he is in our blood for the vote, either we will win for the free vote or we will disappear.

"Tomorrow at lunchtime, the leadership of the DP will meet, the revolts will begin and will not stop until Edi Rama leaves. We will be day and night every day, in front of the prime minister's office until we overthrow Edi Rama ," said Berisha.

Among other things, Sali Berisha, in his speech at this meeting, underlined that Prime Minister Edi Rama stole the elections and that he has never won the elections.

"35 years ago, the citizens of Elbasan rose up against the dictatorship, to bring democracy to the country. The citizens were not stopped by tanks or the repressive army of Hoxha's regime. At that time, the Democratic Party of Albania was courageously founded in Elbasan. We democrats are people of ideals and we rose up in 1990 for the national interest. We are invincible. With Edi Rama, there are no elections. These are not just elections, they were stolen from top to bottom. The elections were bought with drug money. Edi Rama never won elections, he seized them by force and violence. I had said long ago that there are no elections with Rama, but I vowed that I would protect the vote. We protected the vote, we did this throughout Albania during the summer. We are in the most critical part of the history of the DP. We must understand that without a free vote, we have no future. Revolt, revolt until victory. We are here "to resist the denationalization of the country. We must protect the strong values of the family ," said Berisha.

Democratic leader Sali Berisha is holding his next speech in Elbasan, after holding three speeches in front of the Prime Minister's Office and one in Mirdita.
