Prime Minister Edi Rama  held a meeting with citizens in Devoll, where during his speech he focused on the Democratic Party's candidate for the Korça Region, Bledion Nallbati.

Rama called the Democratic candidate a " thug " after the latter got into a physical altercation with a truck driver in Bilisht.

Edi Rama :  Devoll had Dritëro Agolli. A few days ago you witnessed a scene that shows where the opposition's bargaining has gone wrong in Albania. Agolli was an opposition MP and spoke for the entire people. Meanwhile, the opposition has brought in a thug. I don't know in which line of Agolli he would find a place, maybe in the words headless and cucumber. How can the Democrats of Devoll vote for a thug? It's a group of thugs. You know the main thug well. How can the bargaining go down to the point where they take this thug to the Albanian parliament? How can you go from Dritëro Agolli to a local disgrace here? How can this thing be done.
