As Durrës is facing a problematic situation due to flooding, Rama reacts again to Prime Minister Edi Rama.

In X, the prime minister writes that citizens throw away their waste everywhere, and the canals become blocked, which, according to him, causes flooding.

" Of course, when we throw garbage and plastic bottles in the fields and on the sides of the roads of the homeland that we love only in the stadium, one day a torrential rain comes that collects them from everywhere and floods them into the sea, but when the rain is as fierce as this last one, then they cannot reach the sea as usual because the mouth of the canal is completely blocked, flooding the world...,"  writes Rama.
