Rama is expected with protests in New York

Dozens of citizens have gathered in New York, where they protested against the participation of Prime Minister Edi Rama in his meeting with the diaspora there.

The protest took place in front of New York's Gotham Hall, where the meeting of the head of government with the diaspora was being held.

With placards, DP and Albanian flags, the protesters threw accusations at Rama.

Meanwhile, it seems that an incident happened in the hall where Rama was giving his speech.

Sali Berisha posted a video where some Albanians protested during Edi Rama's speech in the interior of the hall where the meeting is taking place. They were then escorted out by the security team.

Berisha, in his post on Facebook publishing the footage, calls them heroes.

"True heroes! Tribute to the brave who burst in the face of the nation's chief thief in the middle of New York!", writes the chief democrat on Facebook.
