In the opening speech of the honoring ceremony for President Bill Clinton, Prime Minister Edi Rama expressed his admiration for the former head of the White House as a politician.
Rama said that he has followed and studied all of Clinton's speeches and even learned from the way he communicated with people, describing the president as one of the best orators in history.
"It has never been more difficult for me to prepare to speak here, knowing that after me a man will take the floor, whose speeches I have seen and read about the extraordinary taste of traveling to a better world good. I re-listened to what President Clinton said to learn from the substance and unparalleled art of communication, underlining the openings, following the intonations, and admiring the unteachable, fascinating empathy that makes President Clinton one of the best orators I have known. history", said Rama.
