Rama warned/ Oil bosses implemented it, it reaches 214 lek/liter!

A day after Prime Minister Edi Rama warned fuel companies not to abuse the price of oil or else the Transparency Board will be reinstated , the price of oil has increased by 12 lek within 24 hours.

At some gas stations in Tirana, oil is being sold for up to 214 lek/liter.

Since the start of the war in the Middle East, the price of oil in Albania has increased by almost 40 lek per liter.

Before the war, oil was traded at 173-175 lek.
