Edi Rama claims that he is the man who has fought corruption. Edi Rama claims that there are medicines in our hospitals and the services are better than before. Edi Rama claims that agriculture has continued under his government. Edi Rama claims that he has fought corruption. Edi Rama promises and claims that he is the man who can bring Albania into the European Union and that he is building Europe here in our homes. Edi Rama is a fraudster who has stolen the marrow of this people in these 13 years by channeling our country's money into a few hands. Therefore, today we once again say to him in unison: "Edi Rama, "You thief, you thief, you thief," said Lapaj.

"You who are in this square are the first swallows of change that will give way to the protracted Albanian transition. You are resisters who dared to go beyond personal egos, beyond fear, by killing it. That is why I bow before you today. That is why it is a national duty to stand by justice and confront Edi Rama and his regime. As you have heard, you will also be punished for double parking. That is why this must end and united we will put an end to it. They have been waiting for us to surrender. They have been waiting for the rain to drive us away. They have been waiting for the -7 or -3 degree cold to make us shiver and run away at night. They did not think that we would resist for 55 days, telling him that he is a thief. This resistance does not stop. This resistance is spreading to every village, every city. It has been discussed and is being discussed at every table. This resistance will produce a great popular unity to stop once and for all the autocratic thieving regime of Edi Rama and the gang he leads. Therefore, today I speak to the conscience of every parent who does not have children in their home. I speak to the conscience of every child who sees how his family members, his parents in the hospital do not find medicine for serious illnesses. I speak to every head of the family, the conscience of the mother and father for the fact that they are letting their child grow up in a country with corruption, injustice, violence, organized crime. I call on the conscience of every citizen of this country. Will you remain silent, will you accept this situation or will you unite against thieving? There is no more time. The time is now. Unity must happen now" , added Lapaj.
