The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Taulant Balla, responded to the opposition's accusations after a draft law proposed by the socialist legislators for waiving fines for illegal constructions mainly in rural areas.

Balla said that if he was in the opposition, he would raise two cards and not one, since it is a piece of legislation that is directly related to the citizens.

" Deputies of the SP, I would also invite the deputies of the DP to improve the draft that will be developed in the Commissions. What the Speaker of the Assembly is saying is that at the end of the session, after the proposed draft is distributed to all the deputies, that she has the regulation is done.
