Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted after France's proposal to resolve the stalemate in northern Macedonia and open the way for the start of negotiations with the European Union.

Through a post on social media, Rama urges Macedonians and Albanians in northern Macedonia to accept Macron's proposal.

"The latest French proposal, which is also the final one, gives Northern Macedonia the possibility of an unconditional accession and paves the way for the official start of negotiations for the two countries' membership in the European Union! I say to the Macedonian & Albanian brothers in MV: Accept it! " , writes Rama.
