Held in prison since October, Ilir Meta's lawyer requests replacement of security measure at the Criminal Court of Kosovo

Former President Ilir Meta's lawyer, Kujtim Cakrani, has filed a request with the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) to replace the security measure against his client.

Meta is currently in prison, following his arrest on October 21 of last year.

Just a few days ago, SPAK decided to extend the investigations against the former President of the Republic and current leader of the Freedom Party for another 6 months.
