The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, who is in detention cells in Durrës, has given an encrypted message from TikTok, the platform blocked by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

In a video posted on this social network, Veliaj says that "the rat I am holding in my hand is called Nesti A. It is small, funny, noisy, but in front of me it looks like a fly."

Meanwhile, Veliaj has another message for his opponents.
