The former president of Albania in 2002-2007, Alfred Moisiu, was invited today to "Breaking in Top News".

He showed the pre-scenes of Berisha's agreement with Rama in 2007 and their testing until they came up with a compromise for that year's elections. 

" It was 2007, on the eve of local elections, but the Socialist Party did not want to participate in the elections, because they did not have a guarantee for the freedom of voting. The OSCE did not achieve anything and the time of the elections was coming. The small parties came to me and told me : What will be done? I was worried and called the right people. We agreed and in January we gathered in the presidency all the leaders of the parliamentary parties and we stayed for 2 days. We will meet to give way to this work. I divided them into two groups and after two the agreement was signed days ago. We also have a historical photo from that moment,"  he said.
