SPAK demands the return of Vangjush Dako to prison

After changing the measure from prison arrest to house arrest, the prosecution requests the return of Vangjush Dako to prison.

This request was examined today in the court of Special Appeal.

The prosecutor of the case stated that if no prison sentence is imposed for Vangjush Dako, then the house arrest should be left in force.

But on the other hand, Dako's lawyers insist that the deadlines for house arrest have also expired.

Meanwhile, around 11:25 it is expected that the Appeal of the Special Court will come out with a decision on SPAK's request.
