The leader of the Socialist parliamentary group, Niko Peleshi, at the start of today's plenary session responded to Democrat Jorida Tabaku regarding the Ombudsman.

Tabaku said that the DP's proposal was for Besim Ndregjoni, for whom the SP is not taking any steps to accept this name. While Peleshi stated that the SP is not against any name. 

'Just a clarification. As I told you at the conference of chairmen. I have said publicly that we are ready without any opposition to continue the tradition based on your proposals. We are not against discussing and deciding on any name. As for who is waiting for whom, I tell you openly, I have asked the chairman of the DP group to continue with this issue.'
