New PARLIAMENT/ Altin Dumani and Olsian Çela do not participate in the oath of the new legislature!

Olsian Cela/ Altin Dumani

The Prosecutor General and the Special Chief Prosecutor of SPAK, Olsian Çela and Altin Dumani, did not participate in the Assembly.

As can be seen from the photo above, both chairs that bore the names of Duman and Çela are empty. 

The reason for their absence at the start of the parliamentary session of the new legislature is still unknown.
