Deputy Flamur Noka, in the capacity of the general secretary of the Democratic Party, has decided to return to the State Police the letter in which Sali Berisha was informed about the court's decision against him.
Since they had a hard time finding him, the police officials sent the letter for Berisha to the blue headquarters, but Noka has decided to return it, arguing that it is a personal matter.
Noka even refers to Berisha with the term "citizen" and recommends the police to turn to the PD only for issues related to this political force.
