Today, the Socialist Party has submitted to the Assembly a draft law on electoral changes, which addresses the reflection of the decisions of the Constitutional Court, which are binding on the Assembly.

The proposal of this draft law was made in the impossibility of consensus with the opposition in the dialogue group.

The draft law also defines the modalities that make the vote of immigrants applicable in the next elections of 2025.

Also, in the draft law is the proposal for the new formula for determining the first in the allocation of mandates within the party/coalition. The margin according to the new formula will not be greater than 7,000 votes.

Approval requires 84 votes. We remind you that until now, without the opposition, the SP has reached 82 votes.
